JILL LAMEY ’98  |  program director & varsity head coach

Jill grew up in studio dance starting at age 4 focusing on the basics of ballet, tap and jazz and then moved into the dance team world as a teenager participating on both Seton’s junior high and varsity teams. Upon graduation she immediately transitioned into a coaching position with the youth (formerly mini) team and then moved up to varsity beginning in 2003 as an assistant coach. She became the program director and varsity head coach in the Spring of 2019. For the last 18 years she has worked tirelessly to evolve the varsity team from their drill roots into what they are today which includes 2 UDA national championships in 2018 (small pom) and 2020 (medium hip hop) at the National Dance Team Championships. The 21/22 season marks the start of year 24 coaching at Seton and as always brings new challenges but she is super excited to continue learning about the art of coaching and pushing the legacy of Seton Dance forward…hopefully advancing it to even greater heights.

NIKKI DRAGO ’07  |  varsity coach

Nikki is excited to start her first full season of coaching at Seton! After entering the dance program in the 5th grade, she went on to dance for both the junior high and varsity teams before graduating in 2007. Nikki then attended the University of Kentucky and graduated with a degree in Accounting. She now works as a Recruiter specializing in Accounting and Finance placements. Nikki has been married to her husband, Michael, for about 2 years and they have an adorable pup named Lexi!

EMILY FLOWERS ’19  |  varsity coach

Emily AKA Flo is starting her third season as a Seton coach after being the longest tenured dancer in Seton history. She started dancing for Seton in the 1st grade and continued all the way through her senior year and was a member of the varsity teams first ever national championship in 2018. She will be continuing her education at Cincinnati State and she is so excited to continue to share all her knowledge with our varsity dancers!

ASHLEY WOOD  |  varsity coach

Ashley has been training for the past 21 years in all areas of dance from ballet to hip-hop. She began her training and danced competitively at a studio in her hometown of Bellbrook, OH. She was a 4-year member of University of Kentucky Varsity Dance Team and graduated as captain.  Ashley also danced on the USA Dance Team in 2017. Ashley is a former UDA instructor and has taught studio for the past 10 years. Upon college graduation, she moved to Chicago and dance professionally for the Chicago Bulls. She is excited to be back in her home state while having the amazing opportunity to coach at Seton High School!

JODIE KITCHELL ’08  |  junior varsity head coach

Jodie is in her 8th year coaching at Seton. She started her coaching career on the youth prep team for 5 years, moved to junior high for 2 years, spent last season with varsity and now she is excited to take on the JV team in the 2021/2022 season. She danced for Seton for 8 years and graduated in 2008. She then went to Miami University and graduated with a communications degree and now works as a event/meeting planner. She’s been married to her husband Joe for 6 years and has two beautiful little girls. She is excited for the upcoming season!

ABBY BRUNNER ’20  |  junior varsity coach

Abby AKA Jojo is from the graduating class of 2020 and has been a part of this program since she was 7 years old. She graduated with two varsity national championships – 2018 Seton’s first title in pom and then 2020 in hip hop. She studies Biological Sciences at the University of Cincinnati and hopes to pursue a career in the medical field. Jo is ecstatic for the opportunity to be able to coach the junior varsity girls this season. She hopes to build a foundations for these young ladies to be their best as the years go on, inside and outside of Seton Dance. She is so excited to see the program she has had the opportunity to be a part of for so many years grow and it is even more excited to be a able to contribute to the future growth.

EMMA DICKMAN ’10  |  junior varsity coach

Emma graduated from Seton in 2010, and was a member of the dance team for 8 years. She went on to dance for The Ohio State University, competing at UDA Collegiate National Championships in 2011 and 2012. She graduated from OSU in 2015 and returned to Cincinnati in 2017. After coaching the junior high team for the last 4 years, she’s excited to kick off her 5th season with the JV team!

STACEY FRANK ’95  |  junior high head coach

Stacey graduated from Seton in 1995, and was the captain of the varsity dance team her senior year. She attended the University of Cincinnati where she was a member of the dance team for a short time, but also choreographed for the junior and varsity teams at Seton in the years following. Stacey has two UDA national championships under her belt, JV pom in 2019 and varsity hip hop in 2020.  She hopes to continue growing well rounded dancers and is excited to continue her coaching journey this year on the junior high team.

ALI SMITH ’11  |  junior high coach

Ali graduated from Seton in 2011 and was a member of the dance team for 8 years. She then went on to dance for the University of Cincinnati for two years and graduated in 2016. This will be her 8th year coaching with Seton. Ali has coached two teams to UDA national championship titles (JV pom in 2019 and varsity hip hop in 2020). She is excited for another year of coaching the junior high team!

CASSIDY GIGLIO ’15  |  youth head coach

Cassidy graduated from Seton in 2015 and was a member of our program for 8 years. She is a graduate from Xavier University and teaches kindergarten at Saint William School. At Xavier, she was a member of the dance team for 4 years. Cassidy is entering her 7th year as a Seton dance coach; 4 with twinkles, 1 with youth, 1 as youth prep head coach, and will now with youth. She cannot wait to keep inspiring young girls and working with them to become their best dancer and best self!

LISA DOOGAN ’00  |  youth coach

Lisa danced for Seton for four years before graduating in 2000.  The 2021/2022 season will be her 7th year coaching and 2nd year with the youth team, having previously worked with the twinkle and youth prep teams.  Lisa is a lifelong westsider and currently lives in Cleves with her husband and 3 children. She is looking forward to another year with the Seton Dance family!

CECE DIGIACOMO ’15  |  youth prep head coach

Cece is thrilled to be back for her third season, this time as head coach of the youth prep team! She started dancing on the first ever Seton twinkle team in 2004 and continued through her senior year for a total of 10 years. She is a graduate from the University of Louisville, where she was a member of the Ladybirds dance team. Cece is currently working as a Behavioral Health Specialist at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and Medical Center. She is excited for the new season ahead and can’t wait to help these dancers grow their love and passion for dance.

CAROLINE BERNING ’18  |  youth prep coach

Caroline is thrilled to be back with the program which has been a second home over the years. She graduated from Seton in 2018 and is currently studying business at the University of Cincinnati. She started with Seton Dance in 2007 on the twinkles. Ultimately, she dance for 10 seasons and was part of the first Seton varsity team to win nationals in 2018! She loves Seton Dance with all her heart and cannot wait to help these young girls grow their talent and love as well!

SARAH KEISER  |  twinkle director & coach

Sarah grew up in Delhi and attended Oak Hills High School, graduating in 1999.  She began her dance career during her junior high years at a studio on the west side and quickly fell in love with it, especially hip hop.  She continued dancing throughout her high school years and even formed an adult dance team, BLAZE, in college where they served as the promotional group and dance team of the Cincinnati Cyclones hockey team.  She spent several years teaching at various dance studios, the Blue Ash Rec Center and various fitness clubs before coaching the Loveland High school JV team.  Currently, Sarah lives in Delhi with her husband Jim and their 4 children.

ALLISON MERCURIO ’02  |  twinkle coach

Allison is excited for the 2021/2022 season and her sixth with Seton Dance. She was a member of both the junior high and varsity teams while at Seton and went on to complete a degree as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in college. She has been married to her husband for 11 years and still resides on the westside with her 3 kids. Allison is very excited to back working with the Twinkle girls as her daughter Josie is now in the program!

CHARLOTTE SUNDERMAN ’21  |  twinkle coach

Charlotte is in the Seton graduating class of 2021 and has been dancing for Seton since she was in the third grade. She was a member of the JV team her freshman year and then Varsity her Sophomore, Junior & Senior seasons, earning one UDA national championship in hip hop in 2020. Charlotte will continue her education in the fall at the University of Cincinnati, studying communications and she is so excited for this next chapter of her dance life coaching the Twinkle dancers!
