JILL LAMEY ’98 | program director & varsity head coach
Jill grew up in studio dance starting at age 4 focusing on the basics of ballet, tap and jazz and then moved into the dance team world as a teenager participating on both Seton’s junior high and varsity teams. Upon graduation she immediately transitioned into a coaching position with the youth (formerly mini) team and then moved up to varsity beginning in 2003 as an assistant coach. She became the program director and varsity head coach in the Spring of 2019. For the last 19 years she has worked tirelessly to evolve the varsity team from their drill roots into what they are today which includes 3 national championships in 2018, 2020 and 2021 (2018 & 2021 small pom and 2020 medium hip hop) at the UDA National Dance Team Championships. The 23/24 season marks the start of year 26 coaching at Seton and as always brings new challenges but she is super excited to continue learning the art of coaching in order to push the program forward and hopefully advance it to even greater heights.
NIKKI SCHWARTZ DRAGO ’07 | varsity coach
Nikki is excited to start her second full season of coaching at Seton! After entering the dance program in the 5th grade, she went on to dance for both the junior high and varsity teams before graduating in 2007. Nikki then attended the University of Kentucky and graduated with a degree in Accounting. She now works as a Recruiter specializing in Accounting and Finance placements. Nikki has been married to her husband, Michael, for 4 years and they have 2 adorable pups named Lexi and Beau!
BLAIR DURBIN ’18 | varsity coach
Blair is excited to be back for year two coaching at Seton. She completed four years of college dance team at the University of Cincinnati in 2022 and was the team captain for the 2021-2022 season. Blair danced for Seton starting in the 7th grade and was on Varsity all four years during high school. She was a senior in 2018 when Seton won their first-ever national championship in the small varsity pom division at UDA nationals. She graduated UC in April 2022 with a B.S. in Public and Community Health Education. She then continued her education at the University of Cincinnati obtaining a Master of Science in Health and Wellness Management degree in 2023. She is excited for season 2 on the coaching side of things!
EMILY FLOWERS ’19 | varsity coach
Emily AKA Flo is starting her fifth season as a Seton coach after being the longest tenured dancer in Seton history. She started dancing for Seton in the 1st grade and continued all the way through her senior year and was a member of the varsity teams first ever national championship in 2018. She will be continuing her education at Cincinnati State and she is so excited to continue to share all her knowledge with our varsity dancers!
JODIE FINKE KITCHELL ’08 | junior varsity head coach
Jodie is in her 10th year coaching at Seton. She started her coaching career on the youth prep team for 5 years, moved to junior high for 2 years, spent the 20/21 season with varsity and now she is starting year three with the JV team in the 2023/2024 season. She danced for Seton for 8 years and graduated in 2008. She then went to Miami University and graduated with a communications degree and now works as a event/meeting planner. She’s been married to her husband Joe for 8 years and has two beautiful little girls and once handsome little man. She is excited for the upcoming season!
CORTLAND ANDERSON | junior varsity coach
Cortland has been dancing since the young age of 3. Over the years, she has dedicated herself to perfecting her craft and exploring different dance styles. During her high school years, she was a 4-year member of the McIntosh High School dance team, competing at local dance competitions and UDA High School Nationals, where she showcased her skills in Pom, Jazz, and Kick. Her talent and hard work continued to flourish during her time at the University of Kentucky, where she was a 4-year member of the dance team, competing at UDA College Nationals in Pom and Hip Hop. In 2017, she represented the USA at the International Cheer Union Dance Worlds competition.
Her talent doesn’t end with just her dancing skills, as she also has a talent for choreography. She has choreographed for teams in GA, TN, KY, and OH, showcasing her creativity. When she’s not dancing or choreographing, she works as a NICU nurse, showcasing her compassionate and caring nature in all aspects of her life. Her dedication to both her career and passion for dance is a true testament to her hard work and determination.
ABBY HOEWELER ’19 | junior varsity coach
Abby is super excited to be back with the Seton program again. She started dancing when she was 2 years old and joined Seton’s program in the sixth grade. She was a varsity member for her four years at Seton High School and a part of Seton’s first ever Pom National Championship team in 2018. She then attended the University of Cincinnati where she danced for 4 more years on their varsity team. She graduated UC with a Marketing degree and plans on going back to school to obtain her Masters degree. She is so happy to be back home at Seton!
STACEY TIEMAN FRANK ’95 | junior high head coach
Stacey graduated from Seton in 1995, and was the captain of the varsity dance team her senior year. She attended the University of Cincinnati where she was a member of the dance team for a short time, but also choreographed for the junior and varsity teams at Seton in the years following. Stacey has two UDA national championships under her belt, JV pom in 2019 and varsity hip hop in 2020. She hopes to continue growing well rounded dancers and is excited to continue her coaching journey this year on the junior high team.
ALI REBHOLZ SMITH ’11 | junior high coach
Ali graduated from Seton in 2011 and was a member of the dance team for 8 years. She then went on to dance for the University of Cincinnati for two years and graduated in 2016. This will be her 10th year coaching with Seton. Ali has coached two teams to UDA national championship titles (JV pom in 2019 and varsity hip hop in 2020). She is excited for another year of coaching the junior high team!
CECE DIGIACOMO ’15 | youth head coach
Cece is thrilled to be back for her fifth season and second as head coach of the youth team! She started dancing on the first ever Seton twinkle team in 2004 and continued through her senior year for a total of 10 years. She is a graduate from the University of Louisville, where she was a member of the Ladybirds dance team. Cece is currently working as a Behavioral Health Specialist at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and Medical Center. She is excited for the new season ahead and can’t wait to help these dancers grow their love and passion for dance.
CAROLINE BERNING ’18 | youth coach
Caroline is thrilled to be back with the program which has been a second home over the years. She graduated from Seton in 2018 and is currently studying business at the University of Cincinnati. She started with Seton Dance in 2007 on the twinkles. Ultimately, she dance for 10 seasons and was part of the first Seton varsity team to win nationals in 2018! She loves Seton Dance with all her heart and cannot wait to help these young girls grow their talent and love as well!
RILEY VOLKER ’20 | youth coach
Riley “Ru” Volker was a member of the seton dance program for 8 years. She was a four year varsity dancer and brought home two national championships while on that team – Seton’s first title in Pom in 2018 as well as their first in hip hop in 2020. Ru is currently at the University of Cincinnati in the dental hygiene program. She coached the twinkles for a season and then youth prep for a season. She is so excited for season two working with the youth girls!
SARAH KEISER | youth prep head coach
Sarah grew up in Delhi and attended Oak Hills High School, graduating in 1999. She began her dance career during her junior high years at a studio on the west side and quickly fell in love with it, especially hip hop. She continued dancing throughout her high school years and even formed an adult dance team, BLAZE, in college where they served as the promotional group and dance team of the Cincinnati Cyclones hockey team. She spent several years teaching at various dance studios, the Blue Ash Rec Center and various fitness clubs before coaching the Loveland High school JV team. Currently, Sarah lives in Delhi with her husband Jim and their 4 children.
CASSIDY GIGLIO HORNBACK ’15 | youth prep coach
Cassidy graduated from Seton in 2015 and was a member of our program for 8 years. She is a graduate from Xavier University and teaches 1st grade at Saint Dominic School. At Xavier, she was a member of the dance team for 4 years. Cassidy is entering her 9th year as a Seton dance coach. She has been with Twinkles, Youth Prep, Youth, and will be back with the Youth Prep team for the 23/24 season. She cannot wait to keep inspiring young girls and working with them to become their best dancer and best self!
CHARLOTTE SUNDERMAN ’21 | youth prep coach
Charlotte is in the Seton graduating class of 2021 and has been dancing for Seton since she was in the third grade. This will be her third season on the coaching staff here at Seton. She was a member of the JV team her freshman year and then Varsity her Sophomore, Junior & Senior seasons, earning one UDA national championship in hip hop in 2020 and a second in pom in 2021. Charlotte is continuing her education at the University of Cincinnati, studying communications. She is so excited for this new season coaching the youth prep dancers!
STEPH EDWARDS | twinkle director & head coach
Steph has been dancing since the age of 4, beginning in a studio with tap and ballet! From there, she moved on to competitive dance and has been in that world ever since. This season marks her 20th year as a coach, and her 10th with Seton’s program. After having coached the Youth Prep, Youth, and Junior High Teams, the 21/22 season brought on a whole new meaning as she was joining the ranks of our Twinkle program with her daughter who is now a Twinkle dancer. She took over as the Twinkle Director in 22/23 and can’t wait to lead all of these young girls again and help them find their love of dance!

LISA MUELLER DOOGAN ’00 | twinkle head coach
Lisa danced for Seton for four years before graduating in 2000. The 2023/2024 season will be her 9th year coaching and she is so excited to be back with the Twinkle program leading our littlest dancers, where she started her coaching journey. Lisa has previously coached with both the youth and youth prep teams and is looking forward to another year with the Seton Dance family!
