Youth Prep & Youth Dance Team Placements (4^th – 6^th grades 2016/17 school year)

• Monday, May 9^th, 6:00-8:30 in Seton’s STUDIO. Learn routine.
• Tuesday, May 10^th, 6:00-8:30 in Seton’s STUDIO. Review routine & technical elements.
• Wednesday, May 11^th – Dancers have the night free to work on their own.
• Thursday, May 12^th, 6:00-8:30 in Seton’s STUDIO. Perform in front of our Seton dance staff.

ALL COACHES DECISIONS ARE FINAL. A list of technical elements can be found in the handbook.
*Dance experience is HELPFUL for the Youth Dance Team.
**Dance experience is HELPFUL but NOT REQUIRED for the Youth Prep Dance Team.

NOTE: All dancers will be placed, according to their skill and ability level, on either the Youth Prep or Youth team at the end of the week. If a parent would prefer that their daughter only be placed on the Youth Prep team (less time & monetary commitment – see our handbook for details) please just let the coaches know at the beginning of the placement process. We will still expect all girls to participate in the full process as they learn valuable material that week and it is good practice for the future.

All girls wishing to participate in our Youth Prep/Youth program will be invited/encouraged to do so. A letter of commitment along with our handbook must be signed by both the dancer and parent indicating your understanding of our rules and expectations. The Youth Prep & Youth teams are both competition teams and a commitment to the dancers assigned team, including all practices, competitions & performances, is necessary for participation.
